Water Utility Billing Problems:

Other: For the last year, our bill has been about the exact same every month -- and the usage being listed as "3." For some reason, this month it has all of a sudden jumped to SEVEN. This seems highly unlikely, given that it is the middle of winter (therefore no lawn maintenance, etc.), we have not had any additional people moving in with us, no change in habits, etc. I would like to have someone come out and reread our meter, as I believe this is a large mistake. Or at least some explanation of what might have happened here? To go from a $40-50 bill to an $85 bill with no explanation and no changes in our household habits is just crazy. Our address is 3540 S Wickens Street (I could not get the little "choose location" thing to work for me at all). Thank you.
