Provided the following response: " Thank you for taking the time to submit a uReport regarding the intersection of Woodlawn Avenue and 11th Street and your request to make the intersection an all-way stop. I am hesitant to make any traffic control changes at this intersection at this time given two nearby capital projects that are anticipated to start construction this summer. These two projects include the construction of a railroad crossing on Woodlawn (Woodlawn will connect between 13th and 12th Streets) and intersection improvements to the intersection of Woodlawn and 10th Street. The combination of these two projects are anticipated to significantly change traffic patterns in the area. Upon completion of these projects, staff would be happy to revisit this request if concern persists. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or comments."
