Other: Hello, I am not sure which department to address this issue, but we have a huge amount of wire line I would liked removed from my garden. It technically is in my neighbor's yard, but I think they placed it in our yard when we purchased the house. We would like it removed as it is unsightly and we don't know what the purpose of it is for as it just seems like excess waste. Please advise. Thank you.
