Other: During heavy traffic, visibility can be very poor for vehicles traveling southbound on Washington Street and attempting to cross or merge onto 10th street. Tonight I witnessed an accident caused by a white suv attempting to turn eastbound onto 10th from washington. The vehicle was promptly hit after turning onto 10th by a car that was most likely traveling far too fast. A stop sign at the intersection would make things a lot safer! I'm really concerned a pedestrian is going to injured at some point at this crossing.
