Other: Recently I have had numerous experiences in which the parking meter took my coins but did not apply time. Today it was parking meter 76130 on 6th st. I put $1.05 in quarters and dimes. I got 31 minutes on the meter. This has happened at meters near the library and on the square. I am not concerned so much about the amount of money I am putting in the meter but that I may run out of time because I don't have enough change even though I have filled the meter. When are the meters maintained? how does one complain in the moment?
