Hi Chris, Thank you for submitting this uReport about the signal timing on 10th Street. I understand that sitting through the full walk cycle during the summer with less pedestrians is not ideal. However, due to the numerous camps and other sporadic events in the area we decided to leave the existing timings in place throughout the summer. We have an ongoing project to evaluate and update signal timings citywide. Implementation of that project should begin this fall. We've asked our consultant to look carefully at timings around IU related to walk cycles. They are still in the design phase, but hopefully their efforts will generally improve signal timing in the area.
