Other: We live at Maxwell Lane and Stull, and take our dog out in the early morning to Bryan park each day. For the past couple of weeks, we have seen the same person in the North shelter in the very early morning, and it appears they are sleeping there. This makes us feel very uncomfortable, and we believe it is against the law. In addition, yesterday, my husband witnessed a marijuana drug deal happening in that same north shelter in the broad daylight, before the two men got into cars parked in that park parking lot (at the end of Stull). Please have police monitor this area more, and go to the North shelter in the early morning to see this person appearing to sleep here.
