Other: Would it be possible to extend the turn signal time at Kinser/Madison and Hwy 46? When turning left from Kinser/Madison onto Hwy 46, the light only allows 2 cars to get through before changing. When Bloomington North lets out or the normal 5pm rush hour, I have sat through that light waiting to turn as much as 4 times and on one occasion several months ago, traffic was backed up and I sat through 7 signal changes before finally being able to turn. It really slows down traffic and backs it up. Thank You for your consideration.
