Other: Can the city require Duke Energy to replace the HID street light bulbs with LED bulbs? Many companies now make direct replacements for these fixtures without rewiring. Is there a program to do this?

DPW is requiring LED fixtures for all new installations. Through our capital replacement program, all existing lights will be changed out to LED over a period of time.
