Other: My neighbors at 1317 W 6th continue to pile up their trash in both their back and front yards. The smell is overwhelming and we have gone through this many times over the last three years. The only thing that works is to ticket them every week and eventually abate the property. Please help us. We cannot continue to live like this.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 9 days, although some cases may be longer. 6 days have already passed.
