Other: The residents of 2726 S Pinehurst Drive is not leashing their 3 dogs pets per City ordinance. The dogs and their cats are allowed to wander all over the neighborhood, and the streets unleashed and uncontrolled. They are urinating and defecating in the neighbors yards. There have been many times that the dogs have ran into the roads, impeding traffic and or causing issues with other people who are attempting to ride their bikes, run, or escort their young children in wagons, across the street from them.
