I made numerous attempts to contact the owner and ended up using the property manager as a resource. They contacted the owner a few times which eventually resulted in the owner killing and trimming the obstructions (bushes). There was no contact information for the citizen who made the complaint so they weren't informed.

I spoke with Sharon at Pegasus Properties again this week to let her know the owner still hadn't taken care of the obstruction. She stated the owner was worried the bush in question wasn't on her property. I double checked and it is/was on the owners property; I let her know this information. I told her all they need to do is trim it to about 18" high but that if they didn't do it in the next week I would pursue sending them a fine. She stated she would let them know. Today I inspected the intersection again and the obstruction was abated.

One bush at the far North end is still blocking line of sight. It looks as if the bush may have been sprayed to kill it. It needs to be trimmed.

Visited location again. It looked as if There was an attempt made to kill the bushes with chemicals. The bush furthest North had not been trimmed/sprayed. This is the bush causing most of the obstruction. I contacted Sharon at Pegasus Properties again. She gave me a fax number so I could send a copy of the notification letter to her and she can see the picture herself. She will contact the property owner again about the notice.

Contacted Pegasus Properties today, they will contact owner to trim hedges. Will give them an extension to remedy before sending a fine.

Inspected site today, no changes have been made, no contact from owner. Attempting to contact owner via phone before sending notification of fine.

Inspected intersection today. Sight distance is obstructed. Will send Notice to owner to trim Bushes.
