Other: Poor visibility of the "do not enter" signs where 11th st becomes one way have created a situation where multiple cars a day continue the wrong way onto eleventh. The signs are faded, and they are placed too far back over the crest of the hill. They're also partially blocked by fencing from construction. Many drivers don't realize they are going the wrong way, then continue through the intersection of 11th and Woodlawn, and through the intersection of 11th and Park traveling the wrong way. It's especially dangerous because people traveling on Woodlawn or Park don't have stop signs and won't expect drivers to come from the wrong direction.
