I contacted Mr. Levesque via email about this case being resolved. I also asked he let us know if there are any more issues at the location and thanked him.
Other: The intersection between Woodbine and Woodscrest has become dangerous. When we turn from Woodscrest onto Woodbine, we are unable to see incoming traffic from the right due to the residents' having planted a large shrub that blocks the view. In addition, before we get to that intersection, we no longer can see the stop sign, as it is hidden by another tree that they planted. Is there anything that could be done about this to clear the intersection? I am attaching two pictures (well, I am attempting to, as I do not know if they will send). With best wishes and thanks for your time.

Our Urban Forester and I visited the residence to speak with them about their trees/shrubs because they are in the City Right of Way. I explained the sight obstruction issue and he explained how they could properly trim or move their foliage w/out harming the plants. The owners were understanding and very quickly remedied all obstructions. The Stop sign view is adequate as well as line of sight. I contacted the concerned citizen, via e-mail, to inform them the issue had been resolved.
Reinspected sight distance at this location today. Owners have trimmed all foliage as requested. Sight distance is now adequate at this intersection.
I contacted the concerned citizen via e-mail to let them know we were working on a resolution for this line of sight obstruction.
Drove by this location today and the STOP sign obstruction is resolved.
The city Arborist (Lee) and I visited the site and residence today. Lee spoke with the owners about appropriate trimming for the types of foliage they have. I explained line of sight issue the foliage causes. Lee asked the owners to remedy the obstruction issue within 4-6 weeks. They were cordial and understanding of the concern stating they would take care of the trimming.
Inspected intersection today. Concluded line of sight obstruction exists. Obstruction is in City Right of Way. Will be reported to proper City Dept. to resolve issue.
