Other: Sidewalk located directly across the street from Golden Living Center (155 E Burks Dr, 47401) is blocked by an overgrown tree that needs to be trimmed. Pedestrians, including my 89-year old father, are forced to walk in a very busy street because of the foliage blocking the sidewalk.
