Other: Northbound side of Rogers Street and Country Club Drive (cars waiting between that nasty abandoned gas station and the country club fence): the west-bound left turn onto Country Club green arrow lights up regardless there being any cars in the left-turn lane. I see this various times of day (when I'm in the north-bound lane on Rogers). Perhaps there's no sensor in the road, but thought I'd bring it up.
