Other: The sidewalk crossing the driveway at 1925 N Kinser Pike has been reduced to gravel. This prevents me from using it when in my power wheelchair. This break means I must use another route into town. The only alternative is the pedestrian path toward Arlington School off of Skyline and then returning to Kinser via Parrish. There are problems with this route reported elsewhere
