The line of sight obstruction for this location was resolved by first sending the property owner(s) a notice of violation letter. Their response was to remove the obstruction, which resolved the issue. I contacted the constituent via e-mail to make her aware of the resolution.

Inspected intersection today. Sight obstruction analysis concludes overgrown vegetation on east corner of intersection obstructs view of westbound traffic on 11th st for drivers turning east onto 11th street from N Blair Ave.
