Phone Call: Jeff Lowe, property owner at 1303 S. Park St., has had ongoing frustrations with Duke Energy regarding the removal of a tree from his property. He called expressing frustration, so OOTM would be aware of an unhappy Duke Customer. I believe he spoke to Julia yesterday as well.
