Other: Overgrown bushes and trees on the property of 604 Swain St are not only obstructing the view of the stop sign at the corner of E University and Swain but also hits car windshields and pedestrians trying to walk along the side of the street which has no sidewalk.

Inspected site today. There is not an existing line of sight issue. However, there are trees/brush overhanging Swain Ave. and obstructing a parking sign. Stop sign at Swain/University is sufficiently visible despite overgrowth.

I'm most concerned about stop sign visibility. Rick typically deals with clearance/overgrowth issues. Coordinate so one lead.
