Other: There is a problem with enforcement by HAND. Months ago I requested the City stop the trash and garbage coming from 1417 West Habitat Street. It went from Matthew Swinney in HAND, to the City Street Department, to the Director of HAND, to Rosie Beaman of HAND, who told me a decision would be reached last week. This week she does not return my calls. I still have my neighbors trash in my yard. My other neighbor still has trash in his yard. There is still trash on City Property. There are still trash cans left permanently on City property, despite an ordinance against it. HAND has pictures. Besides the unsightly view, there is the attraction for vermin and the health risks. I just want the trash picked up, and the cans moved back on his property, where they belong.
