Provideed the following response to Mr. Winterman: Thank you for submitting your uReport regarding the raised island on Rogers Street at the intersection of Allen Street. I am not aware of any immediate plans to modify the design of the island on Rogers Street in the vicinity of Allen; however, when the City issued the recent TIF Bond (https://bloomington.in.gov/bond) one of the projects listed as a potential effort included a Streetscape project on South Rogers from Grimes to Kirkwood. If and when that project is initiated modifications to that intersection may be pursued. Let me know if you have any additional questions or comments.
