No cart; chairs still there. Issued warning to 528, spoke w/tenant at 524, gave trash info to him. Told him to get rid of chairs. Unclear whose they were; 24 said they weren't theirs. I said they were on their property but also warned 528 anyway. Spoke w/Michael Connor today, owner of 530. Said people from 528 had been dumping trash at 530. Indeed the gold chairs that had been there were now on the porch at 530. I wrote an illegal dumping ticket to 528.
