Other: Who is responsible for maintaining the city roundabout landscaped areas? The "Renwick" roundabout on Moores Pike is well-maintained on the east, west and south sides. However, on the north side (by the Ridgemede sign) the median strip is full of weeds and vacant of plants. Please respond ... thank you!
