Other: The curb cut on the SW corner of 9th and Walnut is in bad disrepair. Impassable for anyone in a wheelchair and also very dangerous for everyone. It's been this way for several months now.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 3 days have already passed.

Hi Vicki, thank you for submitting this uReport regarding the curb ramp in the southwest corner of 9th and Walnut. We are aware that this curb ramp needs improvement and it has been prioritized within a federally funded project that will be replacing numerous curb ramps in the downtown area. This project is still completing design and we expect construction to start in late spring/summer 2017. A few basic details are available on the project website: http://bloomington.in.gov/documents/viewDocument.php?document_id=9342 Thanks again for reporting this and please feel free to follow up with any questions. - Neil
Neil, Joe thought this was a project you were working on.
