Issue is related to a construction project that has since been completed.

Traffic Related Complaints:
Other: Third Street between Woodlawn and Indiana intersection is a problem. It narrows to one lane near Indiana, but the traffic at the light at Woodlawn does not know it will narrow. This results in traffic tie ups and unsafe manouvering to get a better spot in line. Please move the warnings and signs about the single lane closer to the traffic light at Woodlawn, if they can see the problem earlier it will be safer. Someone tried to cut ahead by using the bike lane and sidewalk today.

Can you follow-up with them on this to make sure it is no longer an issue given I think the project is complete. Please apologize for the delay (I got this while on PTO) and thank them for the comment.
