Other: The one lane road sign really needs to be placed further back on 3rd street. I was just out in front of Rawles Hall and Swain east/west and was almost hit by a car that was trying to go around 2 other cars!!! He did go up on the curb and barely missed a tree that i was standing by. If he had hit that tree his car and the tree would have fell on to me and my friend. There was also an accident earlier this week due to people not knowing they need to go into one lane. Please move the sign or add another sign at the top f the hill so when drivers are at the light at 3rd & Woodlawn they know to start getting over. Thank you! ~Chawnn
