Other: I regularly bike on the Allen-Covenanter bikeway. The signal at Covenanter and College Mall does not detect cyclists headed east on Covenanter. If there is not a car headed in my direction, I often have to wait through several signal cycles until a car comes behind me and activates the signal. It is especially frustrating that this is a route designated for cyclists. I would very much appreciate if the signal could be changed so that cyclists are recognized. Thank you.
