Other: Does the City have jurisdiction over IU? The bricks on the bricks around the Sample Gates are so shiny that in the glare creates a hazard when traveling east (on bicycle) east into campus and also in the afternoons when traveling west. Last evening I crashed head-on into another bicyclist because I couldn't see him approaching. I have mentioned this to the Landscape Architect, but was told there is nothing that can be done to lessen the glare. Is that true?
