Other: I received a follow up call from a HAND inspector on August 17 regarding overgrowth behind the new apartment complex at 714 North Walnut. She indicated that the project manager would have the overgrowth cleaned up possibly by the end of the week. It's now almost 2 weeks later and this area still hasn't been cleaned up.
