Potholes, Other Street Repair:
Other: Intersection of 200 South Clark and E 4th street has a giant hole in the middle of the road. I hit this early Sunday morning traveling the speed limit and bent my rim, broke a band in my tire, and split my wheel cover. There are no warning signs for this utility cut. $200 damage, please advise
