Other: I drive for Uber/Lyft in Bloomington. The number of stop signs that I have noticed that are blocked or partially blocked by foliage is approximately one in very ten. I stop at roughly 500 of these signs per 9 hour shift ant it is dangerous. Also the smaller alleys have so much over growth that they scratch the side of the vehicles. Does Bloomington not have a forestry division with a chainsaw or two to fix both these hazards.
