Other: Unsightly Bloomington Areas - The third street exit from 37 is terribly ugly with weeds in the medians and cracked pavement. Can we make Bloomington more attractive on the West side. Also, on West Third at the intersection near the graveyard there is a huge unkempt lot. With all the apartment building there, can it be turned into a beautiful park. The residents and folks driving on third street would love it.
