Other: I have reported numerous times that there is a black dodge durango permanently parked on the City street in front of this address. It has been there close to two years. I have also reported a ford ranger parked in front of 3141 S Piccadilly that is permanently parked there. Can the police department PLEASE tag them for towing? Isn't City code that they can not be parked there more than 72 hours? Why have a code if it is not enforced?
