I was able to contact the property owner about the line of sight obstruction at their property via email. After two attempts they were able to abate the obstruction. Line of sight for motorists driving East on Smith now have adequate line of sight when looking North on Davisson. I contacted the constituent via email as well to inform them of the progress and closure of the case.

Reevaluated this intersection today 9/26. The bush has been trimmed back. Line of sight is now adequate for drivers traveling East on Smith looking North on Davisson. I will contact constituent about the abatement.

I accidentally wrote 9/21 on the previous update. I meant 9/16.

I reevaluated this intersection 9/21. The obstruction still exists despite noticeable trimming in the area. There is still more trimming that needs done on a specific bush. I let the property owner know via email, picture attached. She said her husband will take care of the obstruction. I will reevaluate friday 9/23.

Inspected intersection today and found line of sight obstructed by foliage on NW corner of intersection as reported. I contacted the property owner via phone call today. She stated her husband will take care of the issue within a week. I am e-mailing her pictures to help explain what trimming will help.
