Other: The address is 210 Ridgeview Drive. There's a green SUV that has a flat tire, parked alongside the road for over a month - NEVER moving. It makes a bottleneck on the street right there, and if you're heading towards Walnut St. Pk. you cannot see if there is oncoming traffic when you're trying to go around this vehicle.
