I contacted the property owner via phone call and sent them their violation notice via email. They responded quickly by removing the entire bush. Line of sight for this intersection is now adequate.

I happen to be in the area today and saw the bush blocking line of sight had been chopped down. I checked line of sight and it is adequate with the bush removed.

I investigated line of sight at this intersection on 10/19/16. A bush along Hunter Ave in the southwest corner of the S Parke Ave and Hunter Ave intersection obstructs the sight distance at this location. Currently, northbound motorists on S Parke Ave looking to the west do not have adequate visibility of eastbound traffic on Hunter Ave.
I contacted the property owner today via phone call to inform them of the violation. They asked to receive an emailed copy of the letter which I sent.
