Do Not Contact: Just ONE of my issues with them is how they neglect their property and very frequently a black pickup truck heaped, and I mean heaped, with garbage sits in in their driveway or on the street in front of their house along with more black bags of garbage in the front and back of the property. The truck is sitting there as we speak……Their house is at the corner of West 3rd Street and Davisson. My house is 1005 W. 3rd Street but his property faces Davisson and so that’s his address but we are both across from Rose Hill Cemetery. His property is in shambles and has these stakes in the front yard where he always has his dogs tethered and his 4 cats roaming around all sickly with their hair falling out

Cannot address trash in vehicle, spoke with resident and suggested he remove the trash from his vehicle. Will monitor.
