Per BPD, LexisNexis has fixed the issue on their end.
Other: I am not sure how the crime map works? I selected it and the left hand menu shows Bloomington, IN. HOwever, it remains on a US map and displays a modal pop-up that says "Please check the address for accuracy and try again." I was using Chrome.

I sent you an email about this too. RaidsOnline/LexisNexis no longer has our data displaying. If you need help with this, please let me know.
This is not a problem with any ITS system. It appears that the former "RaidsOnline" service was purchased by LexisNexis. BPD maintains this service, we are simply linking to it from the data portal. I am forwarding to Diekhoff.
It does the same thing for me. When you log into City of Bloomington website BClear crime maps you get the pop up she is talking about in her compliant.
I believe this is a question in reference to the following site: http://communitycrimemap.com/?address=Bloomington,IN ITS does not support or maintain that site. Eli Eccles may have additional insight in to how that site operates. Thanks for your help in answering this question.
