Lots of vegetation here, but nothing in violation. Little grass; what's there is in compliance. DB with Linda Thompson Env. Planner. Nothing in violation, nothing encroaching. Not valid. Car in drive looks like it's been there for a year or so; I emailed Lynne & Russell in Planning about the vehicle.
