The brush causing the obstruction was abated by me yesterday 10/4/2016. I will still contact property owners but it may take some time.
I contacted the constituent via email to inform them of abatement.

I evaluated this intersection today. There is a Line of sight obstruction (bushes/vines) on the NW corner of the intersection which blocks the view of driver's traveling East from the Macy's Mall parking lot looking for southbound traffic on Clarizz.
The obstruction was in the ROW so i took it upon myself to trim the bushes back. Line of sight is restored. I will contact the property owners to inform them to take care of the area from now on.
