The smaller boxes are for phone and/or cable which do not carry significant electrical current. If the children engage in this activity in the future it is recommended to speak with their parents or call the non-emergency number for Bloomington Police Department. I will send someone out to look at the boxes in question, if they are damaged we will report them to the appropriate agency.
