Bus Services (Bloomington Transit): Comment
Email: I'm currently on bus 0345 with a female driver going eastbound towards Fountain Park. She was just incredibly, incredibly rude to a fellow bus rider. She threw her hands in the air when the new rider did not immediately have their ID in hand, mentioning "this isnt a taxi service" and just overall being very disrespectful. Her attitude was very unprofessional and I could tell the other rider was very uncomfortable.
