Other: I travel west on Moore's Pike between 8:30am and 9:00am every weekday morning. In the past few weeks, traffic is often backed up from High St. nearly to the Roundabout on Moore's Pike. When this occurs, it takes 3-4 cycles of the High St. & Moore's Pike/Hillside light to get through the light. If there is a way to increase west bound traffic flow through that intersection and allow side street traffic to enter the Moore's Pike roadway, during that time period, it would be a good thing.
We found a bad vehicle detector causing the signal to false call. Replaced detector.
