I contacted Street on behalf of the citizen to go out there and take a look at the area. I gave the citizen's phone number to Street so a supervisor could meet her on site to discuss the depression in the ground.

I reopened this case because Ms. Peterson contacted me and stated that it's not an excavation hole but a depression in the tree plot. I contacted our Street Division to check it out and contact Ms. Peterson on the status.

I checked with our Street Division and we do not have crews in the area. I notified Ms. Peterson of this action and gave her Indiana Underground's number to contact to determine if another utility or contractor called for line locations.
