I was able to view the rainfall runoff in this area last Thursday (10/20) and although the pipe does not carry a large amount of runoff, eliminating the pipe altogether could result in downstream drainage complaints. I directed Joe to replace the pipe with DIP because it is so shallow.

I checked the area but need to see the area it when it rains to determine whether the pipe can be removed. I will visit the site the next time it rains to view runoff patterns.
