Abandoned Vehicle:

Other: Two abandoned cars have been parked on the street in front of the house that I rent since Spring2016. We are concerned about who they may belong to and need to have our parking spaces back. Vehicle One is a BMW325xi, plate #610MJF. Vehicle Two is a Saturn that has so much body damage that the model is indistinguishable. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
