Drainage or Runoff:
Other: It is nice to have the sewer drains cleared. But they leave the leaves next to the drain and the next time it rains it clogs the drains immediately. It also kills the grass. All for drains at this intersection actually 6 trains at this intersection have a pile of leaves next to them. It was my understanding that those who cleared the storm drains were also supposed to take the debris with them. Please advise.
