Other: Duke replaced the pole in front of our house (1900 E, Hunter Ave.) last year by cutting the old pole in half and installing a new pole with their wires on the top of the new one. They left the old pole, which was falling over, tied to the new pole with ropes. Cable and telephone are still connected to the old pole. It is still falling over, and if the ropes break it may come down. Who do I contact to remedy this situation? Thanks, Glenn Gero

Your call will generate a work order which will be assigned to a supervisor at the Bloomington office.
