Brother David,
Thank you for taking the time to submit this uReport regarding the northwest corner of Kinser and Gourley. I wanted to let you know that we are initiating a project to improve accessibility on the Kinser Pike west side sidewalk in this area and we can likely include that particular ramp in the work.
The attached map below shows roughly the area we're looking at for improvements. Improvements would include improving curb ramps, removing the existing stairs, and filling in a short gap of no sidewalk. We are starting preliminary design now and we hope to go to construction next year.
